Return Policy
At ChefSPRAY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Perishable items and opened products are not eligible for returns.
2. Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at getintouch@chefspray.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us.
4. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank's policies.
1. Refund Timing: The processing time for refunds may take upto 7 days. Typically, refunds take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
2. Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). This includes any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Non-Refundable Items: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, opened products, and items not in their original condition are non-refundable.
4. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at getintouch@chefspray.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at getintouch@chefspray.com. Exchanges will be processed and delivered by 7-14 days.
